FRIED CHITTERLINGS 
5 lbs. prepared chitterlings
1 to 2 c. flour, as needed
1 c. oil (add more if needed)

Drain already prepared chitterlings on paper towels. Coat chitterlings with flour. Place chitterlings in skillet of already heated oil and fry until lightly browned and crispy. Drain on paper towel and serve warm.
