MAURICE SALAD 
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1 tbsp. pickle juice
1/4 c. white vinegar
Strips of med. sharp cheese
3 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped sweet or dill pickles
1 tbsp. chopped onion

Gradually beat the oil into the salad dressing with rotary beater. Beat in juice, vinegar, and sauce. Stir in eggs, onion, and pickles. Allow to sit in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Combine the following in large salad bowl: 1 c. cooked chicken, cut into thin strips 1 c. cooked ham, cut into thin strips

Add one medium tomato cut into thin wedges. Pour dressing over, tossing lightly. Lay cheese strips on top.
