POTATO SALAD FOR FOUR 
3 med. to lg. potatoes
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped onion

SAUCE:

1/4 c. Miracle Whip
1 tbsp. thick sour cream
1 tsp. salad mustard
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Boil and cube potatoes in slightly salted water. When cool add sugar, vinegar and onion. Stir slightly and let set in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Blend sauce and add to salad. Stir in 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped. Add a fourth egg sliced on top for garnish.
