SWEET-SOUR CARROT SALAD | |
2 lbs. carrots, sliced, cooked and drained 1 green pepper, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 can tomato soup 1/2 c. salad oil 3/4 c. white sugar 3/4 c. vinegar 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. chopped parsley 1 tsp. celery seed 1/2 tsp. sweet basil 1/2 tsp. pepper Mix first 3 ingredients. Mix all other ingredients together and add to first mixture. Marinate 12 hours. Serve hot or cold. Keep refrigerated until ready to use. |
