MOM'S PERFECT PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour (unsifted
1 c. Crisco (shortening)
1/2 c. ice water
Pinch of salt

Cut shortening into flour until no loose flour remains. Add ice water and cut into mixture. Dough will be sticky, so use plenty of flour when rolling out dough. If you want lots of compliments, don't change anything.
