PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops cut 1 inch thick
Monosodium glutamate
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
3 tbsp. Crisco oil
1/2 med. bell pepper, chopped
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 rib celery, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1 c. uncooked rice

Season pork chops on both sides with monosodium glutamate, salt, pepper and paprika. Brown in how oil. Saute vegetables in butter until clear over low heat. Mix soup and milk until well blended. Add rice and sauteed vegetables to soup mixture. Pour into buttered casserole. Top with browned pork chops and bake at 357 degrees for 1 hour.
