PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops, browned
4 lg. sliced potatoes
4 lg. sliced carrots
1 onion, diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 milk
Salt and pepper

In casserole dish layer vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Pour soup and milk over vegetables. Top with 4 browned pork chops. Cover and bake at 325 degrees about 2 hours or until done.
