EASY BUTTERMILK BISCUITS 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. sugar
pinch of salt (optional)

Sift flour. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour on floured surface and knead dough. Roll and cut.

Bake in a preheated 425°F until golden brown.
