SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add sour cream and soda. Beat well. Add eggs and beat again. Add dry ingredients and mix. Add vanilla. Pour 1/2 batter into tube pan. Add 1/2 topping, swirl. Add remaining batter, then topping. Swirl. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
