MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag miniature marshmallows

Heat butter and cocoa together. Remove from heat and beat in sugar and add eggs; mix well. Add flour, nuts and vanilla. Mix well again. Pour mixture into 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Place marshmallows on top of cake and bake for 1 minute. Spread with Mississippi Icing.

MISSISSIPPI ICING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
