POTATO CASSEROLE 
4-5 potatoes
English peas, frozen or canned (or corn can be used)
Flour
Salt and pepper
Leftover meat or chicken or turkey
Cracker crumbs
Stick of butter

Peel potatoes and slice crosswise and line the bottom of a baking dish or pan. Place a layer of meat, chicken or turkey. Then a layer of vegetables and sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour. Then add another layer of potatoes, etc. and finish with a layer of potatoes.

On the top, spread cracker crumbs and dot with the butter (sliced in 1/4 inch pieces). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the potatoes are done. Meat could be beef, ham or even hamburger.
