FANNY MAE FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
25 lg. marshmallows
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
12 oz. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
12 oz. milk chocolate bar
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix sugar, butter, milk and vanilla in large pot. Cook over low flame until mixture boils. Boil 2 minutes and remove from heat. Immediately add remaining ingredients (except nuts) and stir until melted and smooth. Add nuts, if desired. Pour into greased 10 x 15 inch pan. Cool. Cut into 1 inch squares. Can be frozen.
