FROZEN FRUIT CUPS | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed 2 sm. cans orange juice 2 sm. cans pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice) 2 sm. cans mandarin oranges 1 c. sugar 5 fresh bananas, not too ripe, sliced 1/3 c. lemon juice or frozen lemonade To reserved pineapple juice add enough orange juice to make 2 1/2 or 3 cups. Add fruit, sugar and lemon juice or lemonade. Freeze in cups. Set out 1/2 hour before serving. Makes 16 to 24 (5 ounce) servings. |
