TACO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 sm. bag Tostito chips
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mild picante sauce
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Fry hamburger, bell peppers, and onions in a skillet. Drain and set aside. Take both cans of soup and picante sauce and mix together in the same skillet and warm to soften the mixture. Then take a large cake pan and crush up a layer of chips for the bottom layer. Then layer the hamburger next, then the soup mixture, the cheese and top with more crushed chips and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
