GRAHAM CRACKER CREAM PIE 
16 graham crackers
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. sugar

Roll crackers to crush. Add melted butter and mix well. Press into pie pan and set aside.

In double boiler, add next 4 ingredients and mix together. Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into pie shell.

Beat egg whites with 2 tablespoons sugar until stiff and pile on top of pie.

Bake for 20 minutes in slow oven (300 degrees).
