GRAHAM CRACKER CREAM PIE 
16 graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

Roll crackers fine; add sugar and butter. Press together. Line pie pan with mixture and bake for 10 minutes.

FILLING:

2 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients; add to milk. Add egg yolks and beat well. Cook slowly for 30 minutes or until thick. Remove from fire, cool and add vanilla. Pour into crust, top with meringue and brown.
