DAIQUIRI PIE 
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust, baked and cooled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1/3 c. light rum
Green food coloring
14 1/2 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
Lime slices

Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add milk and limeade, beating smooth. Add rum and food coloring; fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours. Garnish with slices of lime, if desired. Serves 7.
