APPLE CRISP 
5 c. diced apples
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
Vanilla ice cream
Caramel topping

Stir together apples, 1 cup sugar, and cinnamon and spread in baking pan. Mix together butter, brown sugar and flour and crumble over first mixture. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven or until top is brown. Serve warm topped with scoop of ice cream drizzled with caramel topping.
