CANNELO ROMA 
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
8 uncooked manicotti shells
1 oz. tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
1 (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat, drain. Add onion, cook until tender. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, egg and seasonings.

Fill shells, place in 10x6 baking dish. Pour combined tomatoes, sauce and water over manicotti. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil, bake at 350 for 1 hour. Top with Mozzarella cheese, continue baking, uncovered, until melted.
