FRESH PEACH PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk to oil and beat with fork. Keep beating while adding to dry ingredients. Mix well. Dump into pie plate. Form with palm of hand and fingers. Bake at 400 degrees for ten (10) minutes. DO NOT BURN.
