DRUMS FROM HEAVEN | |
1/4 lb. butter 3/4 c. soy sauce 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. water 3-4 lbs. chicken wings Cook first 4 ingredients on stove about 10-15 minutes and let cool. Cut tips off wings and discard. Split other 2 parts of wing and arrange on a shallow baking pan. Marinate 2 hours or overnight in the sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Drain off some of the juice and return to oven for another 30-45 minutes at 400 degrees. |
