HAYSTACK CANDY 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut
25 regular sized marshmallows
1 stick butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. graham crackers, crushed

Combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter in a saucepan. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, stirring until marshmallows are dissolved. Keep stirring and add coconut and graham crackers.

NOTE: Put a sheet of wax paper on bottom of a pan. Drop small spoonfuls of mixture onto pan to cool.
