TURKEY SALAD (COLD) 
4 c. diced turkey breast
2 cans (13 1/4 oz.) pineapple, diced
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onions
1 can diced water chestnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip

Mix together and serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with mandarin oranges, black olives, tomato slices or serve plain.
