TANGY GLAZED MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tbsp. catsup

GLAZE:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine bread crumbs and milk in a bowl. Add hamburg, egg, onion and catsup. Mix well and pat into a meatloaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients and spoon over meatloaf. Bake 20 additional minutes or until done.

To microwave: Combine ingredients. Pat into a round microwave safe dish. Cover with waxed paper. Cook at high (100% power) 15 to 17 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn every 4 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, combine glaze ingredients and spoon over meatloaf, continue cooking uncovered. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 4-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
