TANGY HAWAIIAN GLAZE 
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. frozen concentrate orange juice, thawed
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. original Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients in medium-size saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Pour over meat about 1/2 hour before meat is to finished. Finish baking. May be used as sauce also.

I used the orange juice concentrate directed and it was way too sweet and sour too, I would use half of that. I had to add lots of water, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and cornstarch to thicken it back up and make it taste right.
