TANGY LAMB PATTIES 
1 1/2 lbs. ground lamb
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. crushed bay leaf
1/8 tsp. crushed rosemary
1/2 c. white wine

In a medium bowl, mix lamb and rest of ingredients, except wine. Shape into small patties. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, in wine, cook patties, turning occasionally, about 15 minutes for medium done, or 20 minutes for well done.
