DRIP BEEF 
Brisket, any size
Onion salt
Garlic salt
Pepper
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef broth
1 can beer
Water
1 tsp. oregano

Brown brisket on both sides in small amount of oil. Sprinkle with onion salt, garlic salt and pepper. After browned brisket cut in half and put in crock pot. Add French onion soup, beef broth and beer. Add enough water to cover brisket. Cook on high for 5 hours. Then shred apart with fork. Put back into broth and add oregano. Turn to low for 2 hours more. Serve on large dinner rolls.
