HEAVENLY ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 lg. angel food cake
1 gal. your favorite ice cream

Soften ice cream enough to be handled (not too soft or it might slip off cake!). Cut cake in half crosswise (you will have 2 layers). Place bottom layer on platter and 'ice' generously with ice cream. Put top layer in place and continue 'icing' with ice cream as you would with any other cake. (Easiest way is to use clean hands to place ice cream on cake.) Freeze until serving time.

This is a cake both kids and adults love!
