3 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 c. corn syrup
3 egg whites, beaten with 5 tbsp. sugar

Cook sugar and boiling water until it threads. Add corn syrup. Cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Pour over egg white mixture. Beat thoroughly until cool enough to shape as desired. Use any extract desired.
