PUMPKIN BREAD | |
1/3 c. vegetable oil 2 1/3 c. Bisquick 1 c. canned pumpkin 3 eggs 1 1/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. raisins Stir all ingredients except raisins with fork until moistened. Beat 1 minute. Stir in raisins. Grease bottom only of 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan. |
