HEARTY ITALIAN SOUP 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 med. chopped green pepper
1 med. chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomatoes, cut up
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans water
1 tbsp. or 3 cubes chicken bouillon
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. small macaroni shells
Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage, pepper and onion, Mix all other ingredients in kettle except macaroni and cheese. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in macaroni. Simmer 20 more minutes. Put cheese on top of each serving. Makes 8 cups.
