SALSA 
1 jar jalapeno peppers
3 fresh onions
3 fresh tomatoes (firm not too ripe)
3 green bell peppers
Cilantro (optional)
Garlic salt
White distilled vinegar
Heinz ketchup
Sm. amount of parsley

Ratio of vegetables: 1 pepper, 1 onion, 1 tomato.

Cut all vegetables into small pieces. Pour enough vinegar to keep vegetables covered. Also use juice from jar of jalapenos. Season to taste. To cut down on vinegar, taste. Add ketchup. This salsa is spicy hot.
