SHRIMP SALAD 
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped green cucumber
1/2 c. chopped chives
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. tarragon
Vinegar
2 tsp. horseradish

Toss together shrimp, rice, celery, cucumber, chives. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, chile sauce, onion salt, pepper, vinegar and horseradish. Pour over rice and shrimp. Toss together. Refrigerate.
