SIMPLE SWEET & SOUR PORK 
3-4 tenderized pork steaks
1 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
1 green pepper
1 (12 oz.) jar pineapple preserves
Rice

Cut 3 or 4 pork steaks into bite size pieces. Brown; salt and pepper to taste. Mix together barbecue sauce, water and vinegar. Pour sauce over meat and simmer 45 minutes. Add chopped green pepper and pineapple preserves. Simmer 15 minutes more. Serve over cooked rice.
