MAMA LOIS' CHEESE STRAWS 
1/2 pkg. frozen prepared puff pastry, thawed
2 oz. reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
2 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. paprika

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Lightly wet a baking sheet with water and set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll out pastry to 1/8 inch thick.

In a small bowl, mix cheeses and paprika. Sprinkle over half of the pastry and fold in half and press together firmly. Cut each 1/2 inch strips in 3 inch long pieces. Twist and place on baking sheets.

Bake 10 minutes until golden brown.

Makes about 40 cheese straws.
