1 lb. grated sharp cheese
2 1/2 cups plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp salt

Soften butter and cheese. Mix together with clean hands. Put dough in cookie press using cheese straw disc, bake on cookie sheet at 350°F until done (lightly browned).
