HONEY GLAZED CARROTS 
1 lb. carrots
3/8 c. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter

Peel carrots and slice 1/4 inch thick. Cover with water and cook about 15 minutes until they can be pierced with a toothpick. Drain water, add balance of ingredients and cook about another 15 minutes.
