SOUR DOUGH MUFFINS 
1 c. Crisco
4 eggs
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
2 c. 100% Bran
4 c. Kellogg's All Bran
2 c. boiling water added to cereal

Mix up and store in refrigerator until ready to bake. Keeps 2 months. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Can add dates or raisins.
