SHORTCUT VEGETABLE-BEEF STEW | |
3 lg. potatoes 3 lg. carrots 1 qt. water 1 (1.25 oz.) env. onion soup mix 1 lb. ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) Cube potatoes, cut carrots into 1/2 inch slices. Combine potatoes, carrots, water and onion soup mix in large saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Cook ground beef and drain. Stir everything together until heated. |
