SHERRIED CHICKEN & WILD RICE
PILAF
 
12 (8 oz.) boned, skinned chicken breasts, cut into halves or quarters
4 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
4 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
4 pkgs. Lipton dry onion soup
1 soup can sherry or dry white wine
3 soup cans water
4 c. wild & long grain brown rice
1 handful chopped almonds (or slivered)
2 or 3 onions, sauteed
