HAMBURGER AND RICE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato sauce
1 can water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Cooked rice

Brown onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until beef is browned. Add tomato sauce and water and simmer. Serve over rice.
