LAYERED CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground sirloin
Onion, sliced
Green pepper, in strips
Carrots, in rounds
Potatoes, sliced in rounds
1 can tomato soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Layer first 5 ingredients in casserole dish, seasoning each layer as desired. Spread tomato soup over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until meat is done and vegetables are tender.
