DEE'S CRAZY LASAGNA 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. lowfat cottage cheese
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese (3/4 lb.)
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, heated
1 lb. cooked pasta (mix whatever you have in your pantry or cupboard, elbow macaroni, shell macaroni, egg noodles broken lasagna noodles, etc.)

Grate Mozzarella set aside. In a large baking dish or lasagna pan, start with a thin layer of sauce, then pasta, then spread a layer of the Mozzarella, then sauce, then pasta, cottage cheese, Mozzarella, remaining pasta, remaining cottage cheese, remaining sauce, and remaining Mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Variations: Substitute homemade sauce for jarred sauce or add 1 pound sausage or ground meat to jarred sauce to add more flavor.
