GOURMET BROCCOLI 
3 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
2/3 c. hot water
6 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. toasted slivered almonds

WHITE SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing

Cook broccoli and set aside. Make white sauce; melt butter; add flour and salt; mix well. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Flavor meat with envelope from stuffing mix. Melt 6 tablespoons butter and add hot water, mix with dry stuffing mix. Add almonds to stuffing mix. Put broccoli in a 2 quart buttered casserole. Pour white sauce over broccoli, top with stuffing mixture and press down slightly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
