CREAMY TURKEY BISCUIT CASSEROLE 
6 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 oz. can pieces mushrooms, drained
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
3 c. cut up turkey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel and crumble. Cook and stir celery, onion, pepper and mushrooms in bacon fat until tender; drain if necessary. Stir in soup, sour cream, turkey, salt, pepper and bacon; heat until slow boil. Spread in casserole that has been greased.

Mix remaining ingredients just until moistened; spread over turkey mixture. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Makes 6-8 servings.
