CREAMY TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Ritz crackers (from 3 pkg. box)
1 lg. turkey tenderloin
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. pkg. sour cream
3 tbsp. poppy seeds

Cook turkey, cut into bite size pieces. Line a 7"x11" buttered casserole dish with turkey. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over turkey. Crush crackers, and combine crackers with poppy seeds and sprinkle over soup mixture. Melt butter, pour over top and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly.
