CURRY CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken, cut up in sm. pieces
5 to 6 med. sized potatoes, cut in chunks
2 c. water
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. curry powder

Cut up chicken and potatoes. In a cast iron pot, mix water, salt and curry powder. Bring to a boil. Then add chicken and potatoes. Boil until potatoes are cooked. Serve over rice or with bread.

SUBSTITUTIONS: You may use any other available meat that you desire.
