HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chopped chicken
3 boiled eggs, sliced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. curry (optional)
4-5 c. potato chips, crushed
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix first 7 ingredients together. Fold in potato chips. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
