BOURBON SWEET POTATOES | |
3 (1 lb. 2 oz. size) cans sweet potatoes 1 c. sugar 1/3 c. bourbon 1/2 c. butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. miniature marshmallows Cook potatoes until heated through. Mash potatoes; add sugar, bourbon, butter and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Put in baking dish. Place marshmallows over top. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until marshmallows are golden at 350 degrees. |
