HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
1/2 lb. Colby cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
2 cans artichokes in water
Parmesan cheese

Grate cheeses. Cut artichoke in pieces. Chop garlic. Combine all ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place in microwave on high for 5 minutes. Serve with nachos.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
